Grinding roller is the core component for material grinding of HGM mill.
It presses against the grinding ring under centrifugal force to crush and grind ore particles through extrusion and shearing.

 

1\ Standard Forged Alloy Steel Roller:

Made of high-quality alloy structural steel through integral forging, with good impact toughness and moderate wear resistance.
It is suitable for processing low-abrasion materials such as limestone, calcite and marble, and is the most cost-effective choice for small and medium-sized production lines.

 

2\ Premium Forged Bearing Steel Roller:

Made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel, with higher surface hardness and better wear resistance after quenching and tempering heat treatment.
It has a 30-40% longer service life than standard alloy steel rollers, and is suitable for processing medium-hardness materials such as feldspar, talc and mica.

 

3\ Heavy-Duty Cast High Chromium Alloy Roller:

Made of high-chromium white cast iron by precision casting, with extremely high hardness and excellent abrasive wear resistance.

The grinding ring is the fixed ring-shaped wear part matched with the grinding roller.
Materials are ground between the roller and the ring.
The material grade selection of the grinding ring corresponds to the grinding roller.
Grinding rings can also be upgraded with forged by different ingredients.

The turn plate is the bottom rotating part that carries materials in the grinding chamber, and its surface is subject to continuous scouring and abrasion of materials.

1\ Standard cast turn plate:

integral casting, suitable for low-abrasion materials.

2\ Premium composite turn plate: 

base plate + wear-resistant plate welding structure, the wear surface is welded with high wear-resistant alloy.
 
After the surface is worn, only the wear plate needs to be replaced instead of the whole turntable, which greatly reduces the later maintenance cost.

 

5.Classifier Impellers


The classifier impeller is the core component of the powder classification system, and its blade wear will directly affect the classification accuracy and finished powder fineness.

2\Wear-resistant NM400 steel impeller:
