CLIRIK Q3 Corporate Update:New Wear-Part Lab & Engineer Exchange Workshop

Source:clirikb Posted:2026-08-18
CLIRIK completed two important corporate milestones at its No.1688 Gaoke Middle Road headquarters in mid-August 2026.
1\ One is the official completion and commissioning of the independent wear-part performance testing laboratory.
2\ The other is the cross-regional exchange workshop for domestic and overseas stationed after-sales engineers.
The newly-built laboratory strengthens CLIRIK's independent R&D and verification capability for grinding roller, grinding ring and other consumable components.
Meanwhile, the engineer exchange workshop unifies global service standards for grinding mill installation, troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
Continuous investment in hardware facilities and talent training provides solid support for product iteration and global customer service.

Part 1: Official Commissioning Of CLIRIK Wear Part Performance Testing Laboratory

Wear parts including grinding rollers and grinding rings are core components that decide grinding mill lifecycle operating cost.
Before the new laboratory was put into use, wear-resistance verification mostly relied on feedback from field production lines.
The newly built lab realizes simulated working-condition accelerated testing inside the factory.
The laboratory construction project lasted 4 months.

It is equipped with simulated grinding test rigs, hardness testers, impact wear test benches and material microstructure analysis instruments.
Test items cover material hardness, anti-impact performance, abrasive wear life, high-temperature fatigue performance of various alloy wear-resistant parts.
R&D engineers can simulate actual working conditions of calcite, talc, quartz and other non-metallic minerals to complete accelerated wear comparison tests for different formulas of forged bearing steel and high-chromium alloy parts.
All test data will be recorded and archived to form standardized material selection basis for HGM ring roller mill, CLUM vertical mill and supporting crusher series.
New product wear-part prototypes no longer need to fully rely on external production lines for long-cycle verification.
Internal accelerated testing shortens the R&D verification cycle greatly and reduces the risk of unqualified parts flowing to end users.

Part 2: CLIRIK Domestic Overseas After-Sales Engineer Exchange Workshop

Running parallel with laboratory commissioning, CLIRIK’s after-sales service department held a 3-day domestic overseas engineer exchange workshop in mid-August.
After sales representatives stationed in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Latin America, together with domestic field-service engineers, participated in offline case sharing, simulated fault simulation and standardized operation training.
Workshop topics cover on-site installation specifications for HGM100L and CLUM vertical mill, typical fault diagnosis of ultra-fine grinding production lines, wear-part replacement standardized procedures, adaptation adjustment under highhumidity and highhardness mineral conditions.
The instructor group is composed of CLIRIK chief mechanical engineer, senior R&D specialists and senior global project managers.
Engineers shared real world cases collected from global project sites. They carried out repeated practical drills for common problems such as classifier abnormal vibration, air-duct blockage and powder fineness deviation. Outstanding participants obtained certificates of global senior service engineer and priority access to newproduct pre-training resources.
This exchange workshop eliminates regional differences in service operation habits, and unifies CLIRIK’s global on-site service standards.

Activity Core Value For CLIRIK Long Term Development

1.Strengthen Independent R&D Verification Capability For Consumable Components

The self-owned wear-part testing laboratory builds closedloop verification from material formula, accelerated simulation test to actual field feedback.
It optimizes the reliability of wearing parts from the source and helps to further reduce customers’ whole-life operation and maintenance cost.

2.Unify Global After-Sales Service Execution Standards

The cross-border engineer exchange workshop summarizes massive global project experience.
It eliminates operation differences caused by regional habits, ensures that both overseas and domestic customers can get consistent standardized installation, commissioning and fault-removing service.

3.Reinforce CLIRIK Global Comprehensive Competitive Edge

Hardware R&D laboratory and high-quality global service team are two key soft strengths for grinding-mill equipment suppliers.
Improved testing capability and unified service standards help CLIRIK win deeper trust from mineral powder processing customers around the world.
