2. How to process rCB?


High-temperature thermal cracking is an effective recycling method for the harmless and resource-based treatment of waste tires that has developed rapidly in recent years.

The main products of the thermal cracking process are pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis carbon black (rCB), and syngas. and steel wire.

The primary carbon material (char) obtained by cracking cannot be directly used as a rubber or plastic filler.

3. What grinding mill is suitable for processing rCB?


Recycling carbon black grinding mills (pyrolysis carbon black mills) include Raymond mills, pendulum mills, vertical mills, and ultra-fine vertical mills. If the rCB of 80-325 mesh is processed within 20 tons in one hour, it is recommended to choose an economical pulverizer (Raymond mill, pendulum pulverizer). If you want to process more than 20 tons, you can consider Vertical mill, because the production capacity of vertical mill is much larger than that of Raymond mill.

To produce recycled carbon black powder with fineness in the range of 325-2500 mesh, with a production capacity of more than 20 tons, it is recommended to use HGM ultra-fine vertical grinding mill to configure the production line. The configured multi-head grading and powder separation system can adjust the fineness of powder in the range of 325-2500 mesh at will.

2. HGM Ultrafine grinding mill for rCB


HGM Ultrafine grinding mill is also named HGM micro powder grinding mill. It can be used for pumice, activated carbonlimestone, calcite, marble, talc, barite, gypsum, dolomite, bentonite, mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, diatomite, graphite, alumite, fluorite, potassium feldspar , Phosphate rock, pigment and other more than 100 kinds of non-flammable and explosive materials with humidity less than 6% and Mohs hardness not greater than 6 are processed into ultra-fine powder.
