Ground Calcium Carbonate Production Process – HGM Grinding Mill

HGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill, developed by CLIRIK, is specifically designed for processing calcium carbonate limestone into ultrafine powder. It is ideal for producing GCC in fineness ranges from 325 mesh (45 μm) up to 3000 mesh (5 μm).

Production Process Flow (HGM System)

1. Raw Material Preparation

  • Material: High-purity limestone (CaCO₃ ≥ 98%)
  • Moisture Content: ≤ 5%
  • Equipment Used:
Vibrating Feeder
Jaw Crusher (crushing size ≤ 20mm)

2. Fine Grinding with HGM Mill
