Avaible materials

It is suitable for processing non-inflammable, non-explosive and brittle materials with Moh's hardness under 6, such as limestone, calcite, gypsum, marble, barite, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, illite, pyrophyllite, and etc.

Working principle

The material enters the equipment, is thrown to the edge of the turntable, falls into the grinding cavity, and becomes powder after multiple grinding.
The fan extracts the ground powder, and is controlled by the powder separator. The powder that does not meet the requirements is returned to the machine cavity, and then ground and thinned again.
The powder that can pass through the powder separator is the finished product, and the pulse dust collector separates the powder from the air to achieve the purpose of collection.
The production process runs under negative pressure, and there is no dust spillage.

The principle of limestone desulfurization:


Limestone decomposes at high temperature: CaCO3 == (high temperature) == CaO + CO2↑

Combination of calcium oxide and sulfur dioxide: CaO + SO2 == (high temperature) == CaSO3
 

Desulfurization Limestone Powder Process Description

The first stage --- raw material conveying section


The raw material limestone is unloaded into the hopper by a forklift or incoming truck, and then the bar valve under the hopper is opened.
The raw material falls into the belt conveyor and is transported to the bucket elevator. After being lifted, it enters the limestone storage bin. This can achieve the purpose of uniform feeding.

The second stage---grinding and powder selection section


The raw materials fall from the storage bin to the metering belt conveyor. After removing the iron through the self-unloading iron remover, they enter the European mill for grinding. The ground materials are sorted by the separator through the wind force, and the finished products that meet the requirements are selected. The powder is collected and temporarily stored by the cyclone collector.

The third stage --- finished product storage and transportation section


The finished powder temporarily stored by the cyclone collector is transported to the finished product warehouse by conveying equipment and elevators for storage for later use in the tanker truck.
