Working Principle

The HGM ultrafine grinding mill uses a multi-ring, multi-roller structure that relies on rolling, grinding, and impact forces.

Process flow:

  1. Crushed limestone (<20 mm) is fed into the main mill.
  2. The main shaft drives multiple grinding rollers to rotate around the grinding ring.
  3. The material is repeatedly ground between rollers and rings.
  4. The built-in classifier separates coarse and fine particles.
  5. Qualified fine powder (as fine as D97 = 3–45 μm) is collected by the pulse dust collector.

This closed-circuit design ensures stable fineness, low energy consumption, and zero dust emission.
