2021 CLIRIK year-end department summary meeting

2021 is a difficult year: the epidemic is raging, the trade war between China and the United States continues to be seen, inflation, raw material prices rise, chip shortages, logistics costs continue to soar, power curtailment policies, carbon reduction targets, environmental protection evaluations...

Faced with one difficulty and one challenge after another, CLIRIK and all colleagues have withstood the pressure and deeply cultivated the field of ultra-fine powder. While doing a good job in products and services, we will continue to increase investment in research and development of new products.

With the joint efforts of all departments, CLIRIK produced a brilliant answer sheet at the end of the year.

On the last day of 2021, the elites of various departments of CLIRIK held a department year-end summary meeting. The meeting was hosted by our general manager Mr. Zhang. The company’s boss, Mr. Zhang, technical department, e-commerce department, sales department (domestic sales department, foreign sales department), purchasing department, production department, finance department, after-sales department, etc. attended the meeting. Department leaders and colleagues participated.

The conference is divided into four parts:

1. Summary of 2021 year-end situation-Mr Zhang

Mr. Zhang made a summary of the company's operating conditions last year and put forward goals and plans for next year.

2. Each department manager makes a year-end summary report

Managers of each department use PPT to report on the situation of each department last year, and use statistical data to check and fill vacancies to further clarify the future direction

3. Outstanding employees speak

The sales champion of domestic and foreign trade, and colleagues with outstanding performance in various departments gave speeches at the conference.

4. Boss Mr. Zhang speaks

Facing the difficulties and predicaments of last year, I affirmed the efforts of all colleagues. Make ardent expectations for next year.
